Hi everyone, my research paper will be about the Child Nutrition Act that Michelle Obama announced recently and is causing controversy. I'll be focusing on the battle of childhood obesity and how this program is positive or negative. Good topic- I have heard that although Michelle Obama is taking on the issue of child nutrition, there are those who feel she is not focusing on the big picture. It was interesting to learn more via your post. I look forward to learning more about the different opinions regarding this issue. I like how you included not only links but a video clip.
ReplyDeleteDIDO! Amazing topic! I had no idea Michelle Obama was extremely passionate about this paticular subject. Truth be told I'm glad someone is noticing this tremendious empidemic among very young school children. Preventive measures are necessary to stop the alarming rate of these obese children growing up into obese adults. Educating the parens, school staff and even the children a little more will do a great deal to improve the awareness on this delicate matter. Even possibly encorporating the organic side to nutrition would also give every family the alternative choice in which healthy can be practiced. I can not wait to hear more on your topic and see how Michelle Obama does in the effort to save thousands of families across America with just a little focus. Good luck :-)
